The brief
Shark was launching the HydroVac and wanted it to feel like a powerhouse. The ask was a high-energy, modern electro-pop track with an ownable beat, the kind that sounds like it belongs in an action movie trailer.
The sound
We built a driving electro-pop track synced tightly to every move on screen. The sound design did as much work as the music: impacts, sweeps, the feeling of being submerged underwater, and the spray of a cleansing mist, all there to make the power of the appliance something you can hear.
