The brief
Fresh off retiring from the Eagles, Jason Kelce named himself Ole Smoky's team captain for the 2024 football season. The hero spot needed a faux-motivational sports anthem that could make even the most stoic fan crack a smile.
The sound
We drew on our love of the Rudy score, with just a touch of Budweiser's classic "Real Men of Genius." It's played with total sincerity, so every swell lands as a joke. Then Mashin' Time became mixing time, as we got the full set of spots ready for broadcast and social.
